Q: How long does custom apparel manufacturing take?
30 days from approved sample to bulk delivery. Sampling takes 7 working days from brief submission. Total time from first contact to delivered bulk order is approximately 40 days for standard styles.
Q: Do you offer private label manufacturing?
Yes. All orders include full private label capability — custom woven or printed labels, neck tapes, hangtags, Pantone-matched colours and branded packaging. Your branding on every garment before shipment.
Q: What products do you manufacture?
Hoodies, sweatshirts, tracksuits, co-ord sets, polo shirts, t-shirts, fleece garments and joggers. Fabric constructions include cotton fleece, French terry, single jersey, pique and interlock. We do not manufacture flat knit sweaters or woven garments.

We deliver DDP to the USA, UAE, Australia, New Zealand and other markets on request. All customs clearance, duties and freight are handled on your behalf.

We are a manufacturer with a US commercial presence. AJ Apparel International LLC is a US-registered company. Our production facility is vertically integrated — we control fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing and packaging. We are not a sourcing agent or middleman.
